The department is responsible for the provision of all strategic support or shared services and is headed by the Director of Corporate Services. DCS is organized into the following divisions:
- Human Resource and Administration
- ICT
- Procurement Services
- Hospitality services (Catering & Housekeeping)
- Maintenance services
- Security services
