The Malawi Institute of Education (MIE), has commenced the final cohort training for standard 3 and 4 teachers on the revised Mathematics curricula. The orientation, which began earlier this month, under the National Mathematics Curriculum Reform, has so far equipped 400 teachers nationwide with knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement the updated learning materials.
Today, the last group of 255 teachers has started its training at MIE. The program focuses on strengthening teachers’ understanding of the revised content, improving classroom delivery, and ensuring consistency in curriculum implementation across schools.
