
A Training Workshop on Artificial Intelligence for Customer Experience, Brand Engagement and Digital Content was held at Mzuzu University.
Representatives from MIE’s Communications Committee, ICT, and Library have gained hands-on skills in AI-powered customer service, digital content creation, brand engagement, automated advertising, and smart social media strategies, with emphasis on ethical and responsible AI use.
MIE looks forward to integrating AI tools into daily communication and service processes, strengthening digital content production, enhancing innovations, improving customer response systems, and supporting more efficient engagement with stakeholders.
